The GOP budget bill passed last Friday will severely impact working-class communities. The Dems blew it from the beginning and can’t unite around a common approach to fighting back against a fascist danger the likes of which the country has never seen before.
Most in Congress favored voting against the budget, but at the 11th hour, Senator Schumer pulled a 180 and voted for it. Was it a strategic blunder or tactical retreat that prevented Trump from consolidating his growing fascist power?
