On Sunday, March 3rd, the Queens Club, CPUSA participated at the 25th annual St. Pat’s for All parade in Sunnyside, Queens.
What started as an LGBTQ+ inclusive alternative to the St. Patrick’s Day Parade has become a Queens celebration of diversity, peace, Irish republicanism, and other progressive causes.
Queens Club held high the banner of “Cease Fire NOW!” while thousands of Queens residents joined in the chants, demanding the immediate end to both the slaughter in Gaza and to the brutal and genocidal occupation of Palestine.
Politicians and communities alike got the message loud and clear: “Tiocfaidh ár lá (Our day will come)!”
