Dear comrades,

We would like to send our fraternal greetings to you, to the delegates of the 30-th  Party Convention of the Communist Party USA. You are holding your Party Convention in the year of the 95-th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party USA. All these years communists have always been in the ranks of the fighters for the rights of the working people. We are aware of the conditions in which your party had to work.

Today the communists of the world are facing challenges of how to preserve peace, how to achieve social justice, how to protect the democratic rights of broad masses of people. Under these circumstances it is as never before significant to maintain mutual solidarity and to develop joint actions of all Communist and Workers’ parties.

We are proud of our relations with the Communist Party USA. In their history there are a lot of glorious pages. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation is ready to further strengthen these ties on the basis of the principles of proletarian internationalism.

We wish you every success in the work of the 30-th  Party Convention of the Communist Party USA!
