Dear Comrades,

On the occasion of the 30th National Convention of the Communist Party of the United States of America (CPUSA), which coincides with the Party’s 95th anniversary of the founding, we would like to extend to the Convention and all CPUSA members our warmest greetings.

The Communist Party of Vietnam has always followed with keen interests and supported the CPUSA’s arduous struggle for peace, democracy, justice and social progress for the working people. It is our understanding that this 30th National Convention is of great importance in the history of development of the CPUSA over the past nearly a century. We are therefore confident that the Convention will determine appropriate guidelines, directions and measures for the CPUSA to operate in the coming time, therefrom continuing to consolidate the CPUSA’s forces and enhance its role in the American political life.

May the 30th National Convention of the CPUSA a great success.

May the relationship of friendship, solidarity and cooperation between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the CPUSA, between the Vietnamese and American peoples be further consolidated and developed.
