Scientific socialism is the bedrock of Marxism-Leninism, and the understanding of scientific analysis is critical for a Marxist-Leninist party’s theoretical and practical work. There is a necessity of rejuvenation and application of scientific socialism within the party as a whole.

Clubs and districts of the Party require updated methods of sharing knowledge of theoretical and practical work within the contexts of their production. A scientific journal congregates veritable and trusted information within a system of information sharing, data analysis and data application. The party has historically managed and published a theoretical magazine, starting with The Class Struggle and ending with Political Affairs, and while People’s World serves as a news source, it is not a scientific journal for internal sharing of knowledge among clubs and districts.

It is high time the Party implement a system of intra-party scientific journals, that allow, with careful rigor and careful entry, sharing of programs, plans and intellectual work on a technical and scientific level, explaining the conditions and historical forces, the tactics and strategies used, and to provide both a report on successes and failures and for this intra-party scientific journal to be regulated and managed with vigorous attention.
