Dear Comrades,

On the occasion of the 30th Convention of the CPUSA, we Lebanese Communist Party (LCP) express to you on behalf of the Central Committee of LCP, our revolutionary greetings, and our solidarity to your struggle against the head of imperialist system, the U.S.A. We also extend our congratulations to you on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of USA who gave martyrs in defense of the rights of the American working class against the capitalist imperialist system in the U.S. A struggle of the CPUSA imposed the recognition of the 1st of May Day.

Dear Comrades,

Your 30th Convention is held in the time of the advancement of the working class and the popular masses in all countries of the world, including in the center of the capitalist imperialism system, the United States, against the international capitalist system, which seeks to get out of its general crisis through the attack on the working class rights, and through the wars.

The general crises of the international capitalist system revealed that this system is not the “End of History”. We, the Communist Parties and the working class, made the history by our struggle against exploitation system, against the aggressive imperialism, and its wars. It is our struggle against the imperialism to build the Socialist Society.

Due to the political situation in Lebanon, we regret to inform you that we (LCP) not in position to participate in your 30th Convention. We thank you for your invitation, we thank you for your support our causes, and we wish you success in your struggle.
