From the Georgian Communist party comradely greetings to delegates of the 30th Congress of the Communist Party USA. Your Congress is considering very important theoretical issues of practical significance for the success of your party. Your approach feels modern and specific to the many issues facing your party. We will consider with interest the results of your congress.

Unfortunately, visa problems prevented our representative from attending your conference. Despite this, we hope for a close friendship between our two parties. We wish you every success!
